Time series
A line chart whose x-axis is real time. Points carry their own timestamps, so series sampled at different rates or with gaps line up correctly. Choose it for sensor readings and logs.
One night of sky readings
ChartType.Timeseries places each TimeValue by its DateTime. TimeLabelSpacing and TimeLabelFormat choose the axis labels.
Different sampling rates
One sensor reports every 5 minutes, the other every 20 and misses an hour. No labels are needed: the timestamps align the series.
Time labels and rounding
Label spacing, rounding to whole intervals and padding the series to the rounded range.

A live feed
A reading arrives every second and the window keeps the last two minutes. Pausing cancels the loop; leaving the page disposes it.
